How hazardous are the products?
All of our materials are not only
approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, but also by
the Washington State Department of Agriculture for use in and
around both residential and commercial properties. These
agencies have taken into consideration the fact many
homeowners have children and pets.

Waste
Hazardous waste?
We are not hazardous waste generators. We
generally use all of our materials at the time of application.
If we have material left over, we use it with other
applications. We have never had to dispose of any pesticide
materials.

Paint
Is this material harmful to paint?
No, all of our materials are water
soluble, diluted and mixed for application to living plant
material. Our trucks are exposed to these materials
frequently, and have never shown any negative effects. Our
materials will sometimes leave a visible residue, which can be
easily washed off.

Equipment
Why do you not wear masks?
Companies that make pesticides test for
years and spend millions of dollars before the materials are
marketed. On each product is a label that specifies the
necessary safety equipment. We do not use materials that
require masks or respirators.

Rain
What about rain after an
application?
We include spreader-stickers in our
applications. These help the material spread over the plant
material, dry quickly and stay on. Normally, if we have 20
minutes before rainfall, that is sufficient.
